Keep the wardrobe and the references on the Character Book. Check them in the Conformity Lab, then keep shooting — new scene, same person you already signed off on.

Publish a prompt that takes a Character Book — identity, outfit, lore. Anyone binds their person and runs it. The scene is yours. The face is theirs.
The prompt library is the repository for that work — a permanent home, not a Pastebin dump or an X post that gets lost.
Do Cool Shit.
The still that hits is the one people pass around. Lock the Character Book, run the prompt, share the frame — same face tomorrow as today. Reaction posts, group chats, community boards: the person holds while the joke travels.
Bind once. Meme often. The book keeps the look; you keep the timing.
You want to know the world, not just generate from it.
The story is already happening — who she is, who she stands with, what the community has decided is true. Write it on the Character Book: lore, and the lore-based connections — allies, rivals, affiliations — that travel with the person. Public dossiers so a fan can actually learn the cast.
The book is the home for that knowledge, not a Discord thread that scrolls away.
You build things other people will run on characters they love.
Character Books are the person your work can attach to — look, clothes, story. Today that shows up as shared prompts others can run on a book. APIs and MCP are how you’ll plug those same characters into more tools next.

If you are here, you matter. Your worlds matter. Your community matters. Which means you matter to me. This note is for you.
I don't like to think of myself as a victim. But a few months ago I witnessed a cultural revolution.
There was one problem: I suffer from fairly major aphantasia.
I wanted to create characters and participate in this brand new part of the culture. A culture that couldn't exist at all without new tools.
I created this tool to be able to go from text all the way to take part in this new culture.
And now, me and, more importantly, you, can.
Right now the door is closed on purpose. We are seating the people who will write the prompts, keep the lore, and prove the Conformity Lab before anyone else walks in. Closed beta first and then a wider door when the foundation is real.
